Ø Planning, Resource requirement, cash flow statements, fund requirement and Co-ordination with all department for smooth execution.
Ø Monitoring the project activities on daily basis and identify the critical activities and give the information to execution team to achieve target within the agreed time. If fails, for Recovery plan discussion with field engineers. Co-ordination with Head of office and make the strong coordination between client and field engineers.
Ø Conducting daily progress meeting with site engineers with the lead of PM for resource leveling and meets the target.
Ø Generating Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to RO & Client office.
Ø Making of Project valuation report & Project Measurement System
Ø Purchase Requests, Purchase order and Service order preparation and release through SAP.
Ø Assist to preparing Client invoice.
Ø Coordinating with HO team for Contractual issues and contractual claims.
Ø Maintain good working environment with subordinate.
