· Preparation of Base Line Schedule considering scope of work, agreed milestones and constraints outlined in contract documents.
· Preparing Project Planning, Progress Monitoring and Invoicing Procedures, Planning Package, along with all required formats and getting them approved from Client.
· Estimating resources requirements and developing resources loaded schedules.
· Generation of Summary Status reports, Project Presentations and analysis reports for higher management.
· Preparation of Equipment Deployment Schedule.
· Preparation of Manpower Histogram on Direct and Indirect Basis.
· Preparation of presentation for higher management and for client on MS PowerPoint.
· Preparation of Progress S-Curve and other Planning Dossiers as per client requirements.
· Attending Clarifications’ Meetings with Client and Main Contractors.
· Coordination with Estimators for Submitting the Proposals (Technical & Commercial).
