- Budgeting, planning, scheduling, cost estimating, cost control
- Progress payments of Client and Subcontractors,
- Establishment of the progress measurement system and progress monitoring
- Client and Tekfen management reporting
- Change order management,
- Claim management,
- Measure performance against the performance baseline (scope, schedule and cost baselines)
