July, 2006 - Lead all the planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control activities related to projects.
- Monitor Contractor’s schedule & performance, reports, cost estimates for variations.
- Negotiate costs for variation scopes with contractors.
- Preparation of Project Cost estimates/budgets, Cost Control reports & Project Schedules.
- Allocate and manage Cost codes required for the projects.
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports and submit to the Management for review and update the reports periodically.
- Preparation of the Detailed Schedules, Budgets, Cash-flow analysis, Critical path analysis, Trend Analysis, Cost control and Slippage reports for projects as and when required.
- Actively participate in Weekly Project Review Meetings with contractors.
- Assist the Project Managers to prepare the Cost estimates, schedules for the respective projects.
Actively participate from the Conceptual stage of projects through the execution phases, Co-ordinate with respective departments.
