May, 2011 - Lead the development of an integrated project planning system, comprising designing the process architecture, rationalising and integrating engineering applications (databases, manhour tracking system and document control system) for seamless and holistic reporting.
- Develop, validate and prepare project planning package inclusive of progress measurement methodology, project schedule using critical path method (CPM), work breakdown structures (WBS) and S-Curve, manhour loading and histogram and other technical data as required according to client requirements.
- Monitor and analyse project progress, manhour expenditure and advise Project Managers on potential delays and critical activities based; as well as to propose mitigation measures to minimise impact and delays to the project timelines.
- Generate periodical progress reports in tandem with clients requirements and for management updates. Attend project progress meeting as and when required to liaise with the client on the agreed planning targets for the project.
- Act as interface and support business development teams in provision of technical data with respect to bids and proposals.
