Responsiblities:
· Planning of projects including Preparation of Starter Schedules, Detailed Project Schedules using Primavera Project Planner (P3) & MS Project, Preparation of suitable Work Breakdown Structures, Progress Measurement System, S curves, Prioritization of Activities, Forecasting of activities, Progress monitoring and reporting.
· Cost Control: Compilation of various cost elements to form the Project Control Estimate, Budget allocations, Cash flow projections, Monthly Cost Reports, Variance analysis and Expenditure forecasts
· Proposal planning : Preparation of Time schedules, Organisation charts, compiling Cost Estimates, Billing schedules , Project Execution methodology proposed, Manpower Deployment matrix, Man-hour requirement for planning, etc
· Reports pertaining to Management Information System: Preparation of Performance Review Report to the corporate management, Quarterly Reports to the Board of directors and to the Ministry including Bidding details, Project performances, Manpower utilisation, etc.
· Manpower Planning: Preparation of Organizational Manpower Utilisation Forecast and Projection of Manpower available for future jobs
· Internal Quality Auditor & Planning department nominee for revising the departmental procedures incorporating the use of specialized software’s for planning techniques in line with version 2000 of ISO 9000.
