- Preparing a monthly internal Project Management Team (PMT) project monthly report with incorporating design & engineering report’s consisting of: Project progress and schedule, progress summary & analysis, main activities completed & planned, areas of concern and action taken, project financial status, overall progress s-curve, summary & document status list, update the P6 schedule for overall & deliverables issued and invoice tracking registry.
- Review and monitoring of contractor submittal’s monthly progress reports, weekly progress reports and daily progress reports as well as the proposed and approved constructions plans, technical data sheets, engineering drawings and vendor and materials submittals.
- Generate a standard format of submitting a project schedules, monthly progress reports, weekly Progress Reports and daily Progress Reports.
- Prepare an internal project schedules using Primavera 6 for monitoring the progress of project schedule as well as consumed manhours and budget cost of the project.
- Monitoring and tracking closely of the progress to ensure the effectiveness of contractors and subcontractors works.
- Detailed monitoring of the progress of each field such as engineering, procurement and construction works.
- Coordinate with the contractors and vendors supplier regarding the current updates of the project.
- Prepares Manpower Request using SEC Server System of all manpower supplied by the contractor.
- In-charge of preparing Status Report of all project on-going for Mechanical & Civil Engineering Division.
- Assist Project Manager to ensure projects were completed within stipulated time and budget.
- Assigned to monitor the project documents, construction plans, engineering design, drawings material and equipment submittals that are submitted by the contractor. Also, includes updating the document system of the GTSD Department.
- Site visit for monitoring progress of project where requires to look the current, pending and future plans.
- Reporting and handling the planning and scheduling work in Generation Technical Support Department in Mechanical & Civil Engineering Division – TIAC Group.
- Attend TIAC Group weekly meeting with the contractors for discussion of the progress of the projects.
