Current Role: Senior Planner
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
1. Preparing, Updating, Monitoring and Revising Baseline Master and Target Program on Primavera 6 (Macro and Micro level) with complete Cost and Resource Loading.
2. Prepare Procurment Schedule and organize the delivery of materials on site accordings.
3. Prepare Shop drawings and Material Submittal Schedules.
4. Prepare Cash Flow Plan and S-Curve , Current Versus Planned Projections.
5. Prepare Method Statments , check and approve Sub-Contractors Method Statments. Check and Approve Sub-Contractors Program of works.
6. Review and Analyze Main and Sub-contractors conditions of contracts.
7. Evaluate Sub-contractor's progress on site and Productivity of work performed.
8. Addressing contractual letters and coordinating with sub-contractors in resolving issues affecting progress of works.
9. Monitoring daily progress on site, Conducting Productivity alaysis of day to day activities and preparing catch-up plans to control slippages and to meet target completion dates.
10. Prepare Recovery Programs to mitigate delays.
11. Follow-up with consultants for status of all submittals.
12. Coordinate, Standardize and optimize planning interfaces between all areas of project.
13. Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
14. Make Delay impact analysis, identify causes of disruption, prepare Extension of time claims. Defend Sub-Contractors Claims.
