Determining productivity factors in Project Cost Management

For a cost engineer, often labor proves to be the most difficult resource to properly estimate. But, information about productivity from the field is essential input for controlling your projects.

So, knowing about factors that influence productivity can provide you with knowledge to be really in control of your projects.

In this article we describe how you can determine productivity factors and how information about productivity can influence your project performance.

1) CCC22 was held on Monday 17JAN22 including "Live" Zoom for Q&A of eight presenters who had previously posted content to our At-A-Glance website. Each had 1/2 hour to discuss with Attendees. Recordings of the Q&A conversations may be viewed at At-A-Glance.
