Microsoft Project P6 Delay Analysis Techniques

Many construction contracts specify that a delay must be calculated from the critical path of a program. 

Often project programs are completed Microsoft and therefore to demonstrate a delay the scheduler needs to add delays to the program to evaluate the delay.

In this tutorial, I will show you 2 methods of displaying ordinal dates in a Primavera P6 schedule.  The first method uses Microsoft Excel and the second uses Global Change facility in P6.   Ordinal dates schedules are usually required when a project does not have a defined calendar start date.

Cost estimates for the world's largest climate-positive facility

The climate is changing and it is already taking a measurable toll. To reverse climate change, Climeworks is restoring a healthy balance of CO₂ by capturing CO₂ directly from the air using its direct air capture technology. Climeworks is currently building its scaled-up direct air capture and storage plant in Iceland named "Orca", world's largest climate-positive facility to date.

In parallel, Climeworks is already working on future generations of plants. The cost estimating consultants from Cost Engineering created the estimates for these projects.

It was brought to my attention recently that when LOE and WBS Summary tasks have progress that the resource units are updated but the costs are not.
