The Guild of Project Controls Compendium and Reference (GPCCAR) is a suite of process-based documents which demonstrate what 1,000's of contributors believe constitutes Project Controls. The global community of time and cost practitioners / managers are collaborating and this is the result. The GPCCAR effectively frames the opinions of the Global Project Controls Community. The exciting part is that ANYONE with an opinion (and justification) is free to propose amendments and additional references. This is an ever evolving global statement as to what we, the practitioners, believe constitutes our role as "time and cost managers". This is "by us, for us" so have your say! Maybe it doesn't reflect your industry sector, or how YOU do it so get in touch and if a change is justified we'll do it and you will be credited. Please encourage your colleagues to join Planning Planet (or the Guild) if they wish to see the GPCCAR modules themselves - its all free and gratis. |
