Barbecana is holding two free half-day seminars on Risk Management, presented in conjunction with Lucidus Consulting. Tony Welsh, CEO of Barbecana, will discuss the importance of schedule risk analysis and demonstrate Full Monte, a risk analysis add-in for Microsoft Project. Peter Simon, Director of Lucidus Consulting, will discuss checking qualitative risk models for quality.

Tony Welsh was one of the founders of Welcom, and was responsible for the algorithms in Open Plan. Peter Simon is the former Chairman of the APM's Risk SIG and co-author of "Practical Project Risk Management; the ATOM Methodology."

The seminars will be held at the De Vere Village hotel, in Manchester Ashton-under-Lyne, UK on July 3, 2012, and at the Copthorne Hotel, in Windsor, July 4, 2012.

Each seminar will begin at 9:00am, continental breakfast will be served at 8:30am and a light lunch at 12:30pm.  Registration is required.
