December, 2022 Roles & Duties: Preparation and evaluation of Project Planning Package Comprising of Master Schedule, Progress S-Curves, Resource Loaded Histograms, Cashflow Histograms and Procurement Plan as per contract. Verify Work Packages, Work Break Down Structures (WBS), Activities and Codes as per project phase. Control and monitoring look ahead Work Schedules. Update Project Schedules on weekly / monthly basis. Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the client. Liaise and coordination with client & contractor regarding project performance and obstructions. Evaluation and preparation escalation as per Contract agreement.
