Responsible for managing a portfolio of new developments including production facilities and infrastructures including pipelines, railroads, highways, water and power facilities and ports valued over $10 billion • built the project control and assurance group and implemented new procedures, guidelines and tools • prepared master schedules, estimates and risk models for Business Cases and Decision Support Package (DSP) and FID (Final Investment Decision) of new capital projects • advised asset managers on schedule/cost trends and variances, risks/opportunities and corrective actions • acted as company representative for non-operating asset assurance reviews (Partners, Government Agencies) • provided technical training and guidance to project team members on front-end planning and risks.
