The Cargo Transportation Route (CaTRo) constitutes part of infrastructure scope associated with the Future Growth Project (FGP). CaTRo enables delivery of modules and general cargo to the FGP construction site in Tengiz. The scope includes dredging of the marine channel (ca 71 Km long), construction of Cargo Offloading Facility including turning basin, two moorages and six berth. Total capital cost of US$ 1.9 billion. Leading the planning, cost control, accounting and reporting functions, translation services and project administration (15 people) in compliance with TCO policies and procedures. Preparation and maintenance of the project schedule at all levels. Preparation of plan/actual/forecast progress curves, histograms and other schedule graphics. Development and implementation of project control procedures including but not limited to project controls plan, management of change procedure, basis of schedule, progress measurement procedure. Responsible for reviewing and approving Contractors’ project control procedures.
