Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer, Exyte Malaysia, First Solar KMT-2 Project

Projects: 1. First Solar KMT-2 Project – First Solar, Kulim Plant. Design and modification of Module 3 & 4 to suite production upgrade from series 4 to series 6 solar panels. 2. First Solar KMT-1 CDA Expansion Project – First Solar, Kulim Plant Design and modification of CDA System to suite newly ugraded VTD coater requirements. 3. VerdePalm Project – Verdezyne, Johor Malaysia EPCC of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation. 4. DS Expansion Project – Biocon, Johor Malaysia Shutdown works involving civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation. Job Description: • Co-ordinates project planning, scheduling and monitoring, interfaces communication and co-ordination between Engineering, Procurement and Construction department to properly set up the planning, scheduling and integration of the all materials, equipment, and systems in accordance with the contract documents. • Responsible for the co-ordination of planning and scheduling meetings and ensuring that all subcontractors’ weekly and monthly reporting is submitted timely. • Develops and co-ordinate with the team look-ahead schedules, critical path schedule analysis and as well as other logistical schedules and activities that are a normal part of this position. • Liaises with the subcontractors’ project managers, construction managers, consultants, inspectors and other trades on project matters.
