January, 2013 Senior Primavera P6 Scheduler / Planner Supervisor
Main Responsibilities: Help set up a new Programmes Event Team to undertake small yearly outage which the turnaround team used to undertake. This was initial a three person group made up of a Superintendent, Primavera planner/scheduler and a lead field engineer.
Due to my SAP back ground I was asked to learn Primavera and set up this role as I saw fit. My main responsibilities was the planning/scheduling of multiply events, formulating strategies, monitoring/reporting progress, procuring materials/ expediting,monitoring/reporting costs, contract meetings and developing long term offthe shelf plans.
These are multi disciplines plans fully integrated with Process, Projects activities.During events I have to monitor critical paths, redirect resources and look for opportunities to work smarter. The events team is a developing group and are mandate changed over the years. The events number and size has grown steady due to the ability of this group to deliver successful, on time, safe and cost effective events.Site manager called our performance for 2017 World Class.
