Responsible for developing client programmes for electricity and gas infrastructure projects which are compliant to NEC3.
Schedules developed from directional setting, and cost loaded / out-turn prices developed. Critical path established in advance of tendering.
Tender programmes reviewed against submissions from contractors, strengths and weakness to NEC compliance is assessed, and contractors awarded.
The use of EV at level for reporting on performance is utilised from the programmes, and accuracy of progress assessed through design trackers and objective measures through delivery.
Audits are carried out to assess continued compliance to the programme and NEC.
