Main job responsibilities involve as follows:
· Development of the works baseline multi discipline programme using Primavera P6 and coordinating with the project managers and other project stakeholders for project planning and scheduling, implementation and monitoring of project progress.
· Resource planning for material/man power required. The discrepancy between planned and actual resources was closely monitored and timely corrective action was taken.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly project report by gathering data from purchase, engineering and construction subcontractors.
· Review the construction schedule against the actual construction history of project and preparing project percentage complete report, project cash flow reports and S-curves based on percentage/man hours.
· Analyses and report the changes in project baseline work program. Use time and cost impact analysis to produce analytical, forecast reports
· Created the (BLS) Base Line Schedule and studied the acceptable (FF) free float and (TF) total float for each phase
· Developed new reporting tools and launched processes for fulfillment of schedule and cost performance of EPC project across the function.
· Defining the notification requirements under the contract for EOT (Extension of time) along with setting up a standardized system for delay notification project derivable.
· Writing monthly/fortnightly project statement report, cash flow report/curves, work load positions, resource leveled rolling plans for submission of local authorities/Internal top management/client/consultant.
· Develop monthly achievement reports, presentations and reviews as well as other financial reporting requirements for the senior management and Board of directors.

· Construction of 380kv underground cable project For Jeddah Central 380 KV BSP at Jeddah, KSA (26km) for Saudi Electricity Company(Project Value:300 M SAR)
· Construction of Industrial Buildings for Combined Cycle Power Plant (PP13) at Dhurma, Riyadh for Saudi Electricity Company (Project Value 220M SAR).
· Construction of Labor Accommodation for Alfanar Industrial City Labors (Project Value 250M SAR).
· Construction of Residential and Industrial Complex at Khurais for Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Project Value SAR 225M)
