Responsible for the construction delivery Planning of Ballast Track Replacement (BTR) and Points & Crossings (P&C) Projects according to the End to End (T-Minus) Process from a work bank of projects in Primavera P6 and weekend possession works using the approved output rate to produce Time Chainage & Primavera P6 programme. Preparation of the Train Matrix by calculating the volume of spoils and materials each train can bring & take out of site during the possession. Carry out quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) on every programme before possession weekend work is carried out. Build Time Risk Allowance in the programme if required.
