Establishment of Project Execution Plan and Project Control procedure in EPC set up till handover to operator. Monitoring and control for schedule, cost and risk. Active interface managemen. Set up of progress reporting (weekly and monthly). Schedule, Cost and Risk analysis and resporting at Regional, SBU and Executive Leadership level.
