• Responsible to manage 16 direct staffs, 3 contracts and 80-100 contractors personal (100-200 persons during maintenance campaign execution phase). Managing OPEX budget of between RM20-RM30 million per annum.
• Responsible to plan maintenance activities from mid-term (2years) up to long-term (5years) and update the Maintenance Reference Plan (MRP).
• Responsible to submit Work Program and Budget (WPB) yearly and mid-term Work Program and Budget (WPB). Submit the quarterly budget Latest Estimate review for fiscal year.
• Responsible to ensure proper planning, scoping, scheduling, delivering and execution of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities (multi-discipline) : Mechanical Static /Piping, Electrical & Telecommunication, Metering, Control & Automation, Civil Structural, Product Storage Tank, Rotating Equipment, Process and Safety Equipment, Pipeline, SBM and Slug Catcher Facilities
• Provide troubleshooting, reliability and failure analysis support to Operations and maintain high production uptime for the plant.
• Responsible to manage post award contract management (managing the fund allocated activities and HSE of the contract). Executing contract management role in the capacity as a Contract Holder (CH) or Nominated Deputy Contract Representative (NDCR).
• Overseeing overall plant campaign or shutdown turnaround maintenance, major overhaul of production critical and safety equipment and plant minor modification and major upgrade.
• Liaise with relevant company’s (SSB/SSPC) Technical Authorities (TA) where necessary for the endorsement of repair recommendations/procedures. Providing inputs where necessary in preparation of potential IMP deviation.
