Assist project team with the construction of detailed logic linked into plans for execution and delivery.
Build and own 2WLA, 6WLA and 3MLA primavera programmes for monitoring progress in accordance to the work.
Regularly monitor and update in-progress activities at work level to reflect actual progress.
Monitor and control critical components on a regular basis to ensure that the project is executed according to schedule
and report discipline leads.
Provide spotlight reports and critical analysis reports to Project Manager/Planning Manager.
Create and maintain project baselines for tracking and evaluating the status of the project.
Report to Project Manager/Planning Manager on milestone behaviour and produce KPI reports.
Chair Weekly Progress meetings with Project Team to assess project progress and discuss any rising concerns.
Create, modify and utilise filters and activity codes for swift reporting and categorisation of all project deliverables.
Develop the time and resource analysed project schedule.
Undertake what if? Analysis.
Ensuring the project is delivered within timeline by reporting & challenging slippage to service providers
Liaise with Clients & Sub-Contractors to understand and help implement solutions
Create an interface register to identify key links from sub-contractor programmes to understand effect on the critical
path and project impact.
Maintain daily communication with Engineers
Maintain & Prepare multiple excel spreadsheets in order to produce monthly dashboards.
Provide procurement trackers to ensure project remains fluid and doesn’t suffer standing time.
