Metronet Alliance Senior Planner / Assistant Planning Manager
Working within the Stations Core Project Team; sharing the responsibilities of Planning Manager, heading a team of over 40 planners looking after stations across the BCV and SSL infrastructure. A varied position covering; day to day planner queries / reporting at director level / trouble shooting & planner cover / writing & issue of planning work instructions / codification & submission of programmes to LU MPD (Master Projects Database) / identifying programme issues.
Specific projects involved: Initial loading of commercial costs into P3e/c leading to establish CPI & SPI EV figures / strategic planning / producing resource requirements for short to mid term from P3e/c and long term from Excel / migrating construction programmes from P3 to P3e/c
