Job Profile: -

·         Arranging Kick Off meetings for new projects.

·         Study of Project Scope, Drawings & Specifications.

·         Preparation of Project Reports, Bar Chart with Work Breakdown structure.

·         Preparation of material procurement plan including outsourcing activities.

·         Project Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring & Control.

·         Coordination with the sub vendor for timely delivery of materials.

·         Preparation of project completion forecast along with the pertinent schedules.

·         To trace & resolve issues causing a risk/ threat to the project cycle.  

·         Arranging meeting with management & production department for achieving CDD.

·         Inter Departmental & Client Coordination for the review of project status.

·         Coordination with TPI for Inspection of projects.

·         Coordination for the dispatch/ transportation of the equipments till site.

     RIL Hazira through rigorous interaction & co-ordination with TPI & PMC.

b). Successfully dispatched within CDD 10 nos of LTCS, Heat Exchangers for Kirloskar

      Pneumatics Co Ltd, HPCL - Vizag.

      Project Value: 4 Crores

c). Successfully dispatched within CDD Oil Flushing Piping Skids for M/s Pall India,

      RIL - Hazira.

      Project Value: 3 Crores
