ü Understanding and analyzing the project scope along with the Project team.
ü Developing the cost and resource loaded Project Baseline Schedule.
ü Conduct monthly review meeting along with Planning Managers.
ü Update the Project Plan daily/weekly basis and getting the 3 month look ahead plan.
ü Comparing and Analyzing of Quantity, Cost & Schedule variances with As built plan.
ü Configuring risks & issues and developing risk scoring matrix based on industry standards
ü Configuring different views and layouts in the system and show the Progress and other project data in different representation.
ü Preparing Customized Reports like Project Performance Report, Resource Utilization, EVM and Dashboards from Project Management System.
ü Provide training and support to the client for better use of Project Management tools.
