August, 2013 Providing detailed Planning and Project Controls services within the team constructing the £63m Bermondsey Dive Under project for Network Rail . Possession and pre possession planning, production and updating of lookahead programmes, cost and resource loaded contract/baseline programmes covering the 5 year delivery plan, quantitative risk analysis programmes, in conjunction with project team members who own delivery. Analysis of data and compilation and production of 4 weekly reports including key issues / dashboard, EV reports, Cost Forecast, Safety and risk management. Support in delivery key items of scope for example close out of design.
