December, 2012 Lead Planner for the FEED and EP phase of the Carboxylate project that would expand the existing plant’s current production capacity. Utilized modularization concept on its process structures and pipe racks to maximize productivity and to shorten construction duration.
Responsible for the overall planning and development of Level 3 baseline schedule and accurate reporting of project schedule, benchmark information, progress and productivity through earned value concept to the client and project team.
Monitors schedule slippages and advise Project Management of any impacts to the project.
