Ø Planning and scheduling, Developing and updating Project Control and Progress Measurement Methodology, Establishing and maintaining the projects plans and ensure that all plans are consistent for both parallel running projects. Review Vendor schedules and identifying the critical path.
Ø Coordinating with Engineering subcontractors and vendors from across the Europe, Asia and other international locations.
Ø Controlling, monitoring, and reporting performance of the work according to established schedules. Co-ordinate baseline updates with regards to all planning tasks.
Ø Maintaining Progress Reports according to Contract requirements, preparing Action Plan and coordination of all activities at construction site.
Ø Planning, implementing, maintaining, and reporting of the projects cost and man-hour budgets.
Ø Ensuring that the project’s contractual and administrative requirements are fulfilled with respect to planning requirements.
