Senior Planning Engineer for the Expressway Program budgeted around QAR 104 Billion. Program consists of 30 projects covering around 80 contracts for design, construction and supervision. It has got approximately 900km of main carriageway and approximately 240 major intersections extending from at grade to fully directional stacked in four levels .I am reporting to Program Controls Manager who is responsible for the entire schedule, cost and risk related issues on the program. My responsibility includes preparation of Master Schedule, monitoring the performance of PMC, Consultants and Contractors, Analyzing and finalizing extension of time claims submitted by consultants and Contractors, manage developing and implementing project control systems across the program, setting up and monitoring performance KPI’s, preparation of management reports and dashboard, Coordination between PMC and various sections within Expressway Department, attending progress meetings, trend analysis and Risk analysis .
