DESEIN PRIVATE LIMITEDis one of the oldest and famous engineering forum in India and abroad also especially in the POWER Sector and Infrastructure. They are the owner consultants. Projects: Working in 500MW Vijayawada Thermal Power Station unit-7. Responsibilities:
2. Preparation of Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work using Primavera 6.
4. Complete resource planning including labor & non labor (Machinery) as per project scope. 5. Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view. 6. Monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis.
8. Preparing looks ahead schedule as per requirement 9. Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts through Project Management Software – Primavera6 and submitting to the Department Heads, Client, Consultant and Main Contractor.
