Ø Prepare Procedures for Project Schedule, Monitor and Control purposes during all the phases of an EPC contract and also leading a team of Planners to support the commercial success of projects
Ø Understanding contractual obligations for project management & control
Ø Review & Approve Contractor’s submitted planning package in-accordance with company’s established procedures.
Ø Co-ordinate with other schedulers for all scheduling related issues. Review and Approve Contractors reports.
Ø Evaluate contractor’s updated schedule and prepare analysis report to project management for necessary action.
