PLANNING ENGINEER, Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd, Second Penang Bridge

JKSB was appointed as the concessionaire for the Second Penang Bridge Project in August 2008. JKSB is responsible for the design, construction, management, operation and maintenance of the bridge. Designated as Junior Planning Engineer under the Planning Department. Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Assist Head of Department (HOD) to monitor, update and advise HOD on the status of work progress and productivity for all packages on weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare presentation and special report to Client, Board of Directors, Authority and Minister for Meetings and etc.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress report.
• Assist Planning Manager (PM) in managing the interfacing between work packages.
• Assist HOD to maintain positive progress of work and any delay occurs shall not exceed 5% for overall physical progress.
• Assist HOD to establish, maintain and update the filing system for ISO 9001:2008.
