September, 1999 As project site Supervisor (1993 to 1999), I was responsible to execute works among others, such as:
A. Construction of Steel Structured Warehouse with the following detailed works:
- Fabrication of Structural Members
- Ensures fabrication was under the specified Technical Drawing and specifications (JIS)
- Erections and Grouting.
- Erection/Dismantling of Scaffolding and Platforms.
- Installation of Roofing Sheets and sidings
- Coating and Painting works.
- Prepares Project Records, Documentations.
- Involved in Project Turn-Over.
B. Construction of Asphalt-paved By-Pass Highways out-skirting Omuta city, tasked to supervised for:
- Site Preparation
- Establishing Line and grade
- Earth works
- Preparation of base and sub-base course.
- Asphalt paving
- Fabrication and Installation of Road run-off Ditches and Drainage System, Road crossing structures for irrigation.
- Grouting
- Construction of Road railings and anti-erosion rip-rap, gavions, road signs structures and lighting and pedestrian Structures.
C. Supervised and implements activities for 1- span Rail road crossing bridge construction which scope are:
- Site preparation and Temporary facilities- construct temporary platforms, fabrication yards and facilities, temporary foundations for equipments, temporary gantry for lifting and laying-in, installation of temporary rail-ways for transporting and installing massive Post-Stress Reinforced Concrete Girders.
- Supervised construction of Bridge approach and Wing Walls.
- Supervised construction/fabrication of long span Reinforced concrete girders and Post-Tensioning of tendons and grouting
- Supervised hauling, installing of Girders through a conventional transporting, installation and lifting method.
- Supervised installation of reinforcement bars, concreting and post tensioning of concrete deck and grouting.
- Removal of temporary structures.
