Provide services with highly quality and experienced engineering professional supplied to SABIC to oil and gas, petrochemical, power plants and infrastructure sectors as per client needs and expectations. Generated new development deals for project management for SABIC Company as Civil & Structural Engineer for the construction supervision and modification of PTA Purified Terephthalic Acid Shutdown Project- area includes; PTA Feed Preparation, Reactor Feed Preheating, PTA Reaction Team, PTA Hydrogenation, Demi Water Storage, PTA Crystallization, PTA RVF Feed & Filtrate, RVF & Vacuum Pumps, RPF Feeds & Filtrate, PTA Dryer and PTA New Dryer, PTA Mother Liquid & Vent Scrubber System, Dryer Scrubbing, Re-Slurry Mother Liquid, PTA Pneumatic Transport to Checking Silos to Product Silos & Pipe Racks- Flushing Water & PTA Solid Drain System, PTA SL/SLL/YSL System, PTA/CTA SM/SCM/YSM System, PTA/CTA WFS/WFR/WRS/WRR System, PTA/CTA OHB/OHS /OHR/OHV/OHD/YOH System, PTA/CTA AI/AA/N/NH/VP/VF System, PTA/CTA WPR/WD System, Fire Water System...Drums Foundation, Stair/Pipe Rocks Foundation, Road, Storm Drain & Drainage, Trench, Fireproofing, RC Structure, Structural & Pipe Racks Erections.Carries out the design of allocated civil modification related to production facilities and associated offsites. Ensures the design is to recognized industrial standards and codes.* Reviews drawings, specifications and other documents prepared by contractors/consultants. * Prepares the Statement of Requirement for contract documents and carries out technical evaluation of contracted out modifications including technical clarification to bidders through the Contracts Department. Check and review stock of all materials for the modifications, ensures materials comply with company standards and are correct specification for the duty.* Review pre-engineering packages and bills of materials to help arranging funds availability for the concerned modifications. Follows the progress of Enquiry Indent and Purchase Request till their order placement. * Convenes and minutes the Definition of Requirements meeting and ensures that all disciplines are represented. Act as its secretary. * Controls the engineering of modifications and liaises regularly with Production and HS&E Departments to ensure that the engineering design is acceptable to all user departments. Coordinate regularly with othe discipline electrical, mechanical and instrument engineers within department to cover the inter-disciplinary requirements for the modifications. Acts as the nucleus to ensure a complete integral package is assembled during distribution. * Responsible for collating discussing and resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issue of the modification package. Prepares findings and modification overview for review by Plant Management HSE Review Committee. Introduces the proposal and describes the findings and Team to Plant Management at HSE Review Meetings. * Provides technical guidance to Senior Draughtsman and Draughtsman during the development phase of the modification. Carries out final checking and appraisal before signing documents as responsible Civil & Structural Engineer. * Defines the scope of each Divisions involvement during procurement and construction and pre-commissioning phases of the modification.
* Supervises and directs engineering, construction and pre-commissioning contract staff during implementation of the modification.
* Carries out pre-commissioning checks on the completed work to ensure that construction is to the approved design. Continue to monitor modification from conception through to commissioning.
