Contract Project Control Engineer working as part of a Project Controls team tasked with the review and compliance checking of a portfolio of NDA nuclear decommissioning projects. Alignment of project scope with cost estimate and project schedule, along with resource analysis and inter-project linking with a site detailed schedule being the main focus of the review strategy. Engagement with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) site project manager and the Site License Company (SLC) project delivery teams in an interview environment was used to review and document the compliance of all projects within the Lifetime Plan (LTP) for Region 1 southern sites. Schedule analysis with respect to baseline focused on Activity statistics, codes, relationship integrity, logs, calendars, rules, critical path.<?xml:namespace prefix = o />
