Planning and Cost Engineer for Amerada Hess on El Gassi, Zotti and El Agreb Fields in Algeria.  Interface with the contractor (Bechtel) on the GCR Project at Zotti. The GCR Project is for the EPC of a green-field plant to facilitate Automated Central Well Wash to all wells in all three fields and the enhanced Gas Lift and Gas Injection on the El Gassi Field.  GEA is a mature field operation with the output having depleted to 20,000bbl. When entered into Amerada Hess undertook to re-appraise the field and have since expanded the field to 55,000bbl nad with the GCR project have forecast production to rise to approximately 120,000bbl.  Along with GCR various other projects have been undertaken to enhance production and debottleneck the process flow.  All projects are planned and rigorously cost contolled.  The current budget for GCR is $484million, with the 2006 budget for other projects running to $40million.
