¤ Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & updating on Primavera P6/MSP by making L2 and L3 Schedules for all phases covering in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).
¤ Management Information System(MIS) prepared (Frequency - Monthly):
· Statement of Planning (applicable Baseline) vs. Achievement &"S - Curve".
· Plan for next 3 months.
· Preparation of R/A Bill Status and updation of Cash Flow Statements.
¤ Preparation of Project Time Schedule, Shop Drawings Log, Procurement Tracking Log, Weekly & Monthly Reports, Delay Analysis Report.
¤ RegularCorrespondence & documentation related work through transparency with Client, Consultant & Consortium partners:
· All type of correspondence with Client & Consultant related totechnicalmatters in project work.
· All type of internal correspondence withR.O. & H.O.for material procurement,equipment Deployment& Servicing etc.
¤ Making monthlypresentations for NMDC's Review Meetings, Meetings ofhigher authorities of our Management regarding progress and highlighting the criticalities for sorting out the issues
¤ Maintaining of adequate communication links and interfaces between all project disciplines and senior management
¤ Coordinate inputs and assemble project execution plan.
