May, 2003 Seconded from Rail Link Engineering into the building fit-out team. Placed with the team responsible for the delivery of the Interim Station. Built to accommodate the Midland Mainline on the Eastern half of the new deck extension to permit the building of the Western deck extension and the refurbishment of the existing train shed.
Principle tasks included:
- Maintenance and development of the overall Primavera programme, including maintenance of interfaces with other sections of work and other Contractors.
- Production of 13 week programmes in Primavera and weekly programmes using Excel.
- Maintenance of the sub-contract procurement programme.
- Liaison with Sub-Contractors concerning programme issues.
- Development and upkeep of graphical key performance indicators.
- Reporting progress via Primavera with regard to procurement and works on site.
