Construction of North Luzon Expressway Connecting Mindanao Avenue and Existing NLEX. Contract including construction of 2 bridges, toll plaza, clover lift (8 ramps), Drainage and Slope Protection Structures and Employers Representative Building Structures. It's a great challenge in the part of the contractor to build an expressway in the Highly Urbanized City of Manila, however, due to good management and operations experience the project was delivered on time.
Engage in projects tender, coordinate with engineering manager in establishing working construction methodology.
Ensure close contact with the Project Manager, give reminders on critical/subcritical activities and target programme milestones.
Prepare cashflow/spending plan in S-curve and histogram detailed in P6.
Responsible in establishing and implementation of Contract Programme, 3 Week/1Week Look Ahead Programme, Catch-up Programme and Working Programme.
Close coordination with the superintendents to ensure the target production are meet and ensure that the information are legitimate.
Monitor and Analyze actual productivity rates versus planned s-curve and histogram. Issue revised productivity rates and precautionary measures if slippage occurred.
Plan and coordinate complex engineering design assignments and entail technical specification and detailed planning, recommend changes to specification or planning engineering policy as necessarily.
Ensure that progress history and variation order details are kept for future EOT claims or future references.
Coordinate with the document controllers to ensure that informations circulating on the project site are updated and keep track of changes in design to adjust project schedule accordingly.
Prepare KPI's of earthworks, basecourse, surface course, culverts, and bridges on a remeasurable project road contract.
