§ Responsible for the project’s safe and timely completion within budget and acceptable quality that is in accordance with the specifications.
§ Responsible for leading the site team providing guidance and control to ensure that the team is aligned, effective and efficient in the discharge of their duties.
§ Responsible for managing the interface with the Client, government authorities and other project stakeholders.
§ Manages the subcontractors and suppliers ensuring that their performance is aligned with the project’s objective.
§ Manages the projects’ resources ensuring adequate quantity is available to carry out the works to meet the project’s objectives.
Responsible for managing risks by enhancing opportunities to maximize project benefits, and addressing threats to minimize the adverse effect on the project.
