- Preparation of Master Schedule for Design, Procurement and Construction
- Responsible for the planning, Scheduling and control functions of the project covering preparations of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and PERT View, Activity descriptions, man-hours allocations and resource loadings as inputs to the preparations of the Project Construction Schedule using Primavera P6 Software Program.
- Preparing manpower schedule and Equipment schedule with S – curve chart.
- Responsible for planning Activities and coordinating with various disciplines and consolidating the schedule accordingly.
- Interface with disciplines such as Civil, Elec. Mech, and Procurement (Tracking the Material delivery & Keep updated report of Material Procurement and their delivery dates) and input the data’s duly.
- Coordinating with Project Engineer & Site Engineers for the progress updates and reporting to the Project Manager.
- Preparation of various formats for project reporting including Daily Periodic and Monthly Report Project Summary.
- Weekly meeting with clients and Discussion about the work Progress
- Preparation of Cash Flow and Updates
- Preparation of Monthly Invoice and Summary Report Supporting Invoice and getting the Invoice approved by Client.
- Monthly Progress Billing for Payment Invoicing and getting approval from client.
