- Whilst working for this company I oversaw the construction of four luxury villas and occupied the role of project manager. The work scope was four large concrete framed residences with a requirement for fairly extensive enabling works due to their location with the construction of a number of earth retaining walls.
- I was responsible for schedule development and management using Primavera P6 planning software, liaising with the contractor to agree on WBS and the allocation of resources between concurrent projects.
- Ongoing monthly reporting and regular presentation of project progress and expenditure to the client.
- Milestone management against baseline.
