September, 2007 - Plan work activities of construction works for the projects, including planning of work schedule and updating actual work progress.
- Inspections of work progress and ensure engineering specifications are followed and progress planned.
- Identify project work activities and developed work breakdown structures and liaise with other project department for realistic completion date.
- Preparation of Tender documents for submission to relevant authority through liaison with specific departments for purposes of resource planning.
- Perform site inspection to report on typographic, accessibility, general infrastructure and other logistic of designated location of potential project for preparation of Tender documents as well as making adequate provision to undertake various project works.
- Prepare the progress report, EOT submission, revised programme and resource planning programme.
- Responsible for preparation of construction schedule, planning and coordination activities as per Master Implementation programme and making necessary adjustments to expedite works or activities when required.
- Propose alternative approaches to accelerate activities or avoid delays.
