Job description:

   (1)- Preparing weekly, Monthly and yearly Reports by
            the following:-                  

                               (A)- To highlight critical progress issued to the project team by
                                       computing the accumulative budgeted and the actual
                                        Man-hours consumption for the pre-contract projects.

                                 (B)- The utilization factor and the performance level of the whole
                                       departments, according to the estimated Budgeted hours plan.   

                               (C) – Graphical reports that represent the percentage of progress,
                                         idle, wasted and work hours for the projects and men power.

                               (D) –The actual and estimated capital cost for the projects within
                                         the direct and indirect cost for all disciplines.

                               (E) – The financial rates for the one hour of work in the office
                                          and its verity follow up.  

(2)-  Time schedule plan & Resource planning :

                         - To reach a good handling of the projects between engineering
                                 departments to observe with the final submittal without delaying,
                                using primavera program. (Using P3 Program.).
