Experience of over 19 years in the field of Project Planning/ cost control in Oil & Gas industries in the role of client, Consultants & EPC contractor. Functions performed are summarized below:
- Development of EPC Project Planning, Cost Control Procedures and Progress measuring system using Primavera V3.1 & Dbase/Excel.
- Preparation of all level schedules for all phases of projects in Primavera/ MSP .
- Establish/manage progress-reporting system for project, review progress trend, identify critical activities, and highlight area of concern & remedial action required.
- Lead group of planners, cost controllers & other project services staff on the established project systems & procedure in order to satisfy project needs.
- Manage workload distribution among the team & interface with other department.
- Steer PRM, Prepare delay & CPM Analysis& progress verification .
- Involved in Estimate/Schedule Assurances reviews for major projects
- Mange/Prepare Resource planning, manpower histogram, Deliverable Control register, Quantity based reports.
- Expansion /modify/diversification feasibility analysis of facilities & new projects and summary reporting to top management.
- Project portfolio status report for the management including cost & schedule.
- Tender planning package preparation & bid evaluation for EPC projects.
- Development of Engineering Div. Business Plan & monitoring.
