- Plan projects from inception to completion; besides handling construction activities.
- Develop schedule of activities, resource planning, project budgeting; monitor project progress and generate variation report for management.
- Utilize Primavera in the preparation of schedule of activities
- Development of Project Measurement Methodology and Tools for Engineering, Procurement and Construction
- Progress reporting in terms of performance indicators based on Earned Value Management Systems using Primavera
- Mange cost estimation, procurement scheduling, plant machinery equipments, delivery scheduling and preparing project reports and method statements.
- Handle preparation of cash flow, control budgets and evaluation of project, raising of material requisition, cost/benefit analysis at a project decision point.
- Active team member in the implementation of Primavera Enterprise and imparting training courses to other planners and cost controllers in the Department.
