Started as a Senior planner, promoted to Planning Head then to a Project Manager, my roles including day-to-dat activities in managing runnung projects. This includes but not limited to:
- Providing Turn key EPC project management services starting with management project conecptual feasibility studies, design, tendering, construction, closure, and operations.
- Managing Tendering phase including preparation of tender documents, evaluation crieteria, evaluation technically and financially, preparing contracts, BOQs, ....
- Build majore project scheme and policies, targets,
- Define projects risks and suggest mitigations
- Preparing project plans ( Schedule, Milestones, submittals, payments, procurement,...)
- Managing work progress and compare variances
- Forecast project issues
- Prevent / Track changes and study impacts
- Facilitate funding and cash flow issues
- Certify thirs parties invoices
- Administer contract agreement, drawings, meetings, reports, changes, communications, quality assurance & control
- Build project team
- Solve technical issues with coordination with others.
- Working as a focal point of contact for any project issues
- Design, Implement, supervise PMO
- Maintain projects documents and PMIS including AS-Built, Changes, Invoicing, claims,...
