Generate programs to monitor & control various aspects of project, both additional and revised works. Successfully generated work plans to control completion and handover of 10 Structural buildings, more than 2000 various mechanical items, 162 various piping systems, plus handover of works completed by sub-contractors to client. To assist in generation of commercial claims due to variations between contract document and actual happenings on site. Got successful handover of project and demobilized from site.
