- Prepared Project Execution Program that consist of Baseline Schedule, Engineering Register, S-Curves and Histograms.
- Prepared Project Cash Flow, Budget Cash Flow and quantity take off.
- Prepared schedule analysis of supplier’s delivery commitments and revised proposal to meet project completion date.
- Monitor and prepare weekly progress reports, monthly progress reports and management meeting reports.
- Assist in preparing submissions for approval such as Method Statements, Material Specifications, Technical Design and Drawings.
- Assist in evaluation of subcontractor’s billing and organizing project documentation.
